Not a warm welcome for new ones, communication was difficult with email only, facilities are not clean (Yes the building is older, but needs to be cleaned up. The window you watch the kids through is so dirty you can't see the kids). Being a small town gym, you would really hope both owners/coaches/leaders would introduce themselves to parent as well as new incoming student.
